How Pants Should Fit (via Primer)
A great article that highlights how suit pants or dress trousers, chinos or corduroys, jeans and shorts should fit.

I never know how the hell to draw pant cuffs

Don’t mind me just reblogging for reference. >3>;

Those red guidelines. What I have needed to explain to so many people how to visualize the way a face goes ON a face. That the features of the face sit on a curve and not a straight line.
Also ears. :D
Also it’s just kind of pleasant and colorful to look at. Skoptsy I love your colors. <33

omg eaaarrsss

Albert Ellis’ 11 Irrational Ideas, paraphrased.
Boil The 11 Irrational Ideas further and you get statements like:
“Everyone should like me.”
“I need to be good at everything.”
“Some people are just bad, and they need to pay. Including me.”
“Things should be different. I need to control them or it’ll get worse.”
“It’s your fault I feel the way I do.”
“I just know something bad’ll happen soon.”
“It’s easier to not even bother.”
“I can’t help being the way I am.”
“I need someone stronger than me.”
“I should get upset about your problems.”
“There is only one right way to do it.”
Ellis theorized that anxiety is a function of these irrational ideas and argues that, by believing them, you become afraid to fail, try, or venture outside your comfort zone. Subsequently, you meander through life unchallenged and unfulfilled, missing the very essence of meaningful existence.

Another good one might be “I’ve experienced enough to use my assumptions as fact.” That always bothers me.
